Emily Sims

Emily Sims is a Marshall County Native. She was born and raised in Albertville Alabama. She attended Snead State and went on to graduate at Auburn University. During her time at Auburn, Emily volunteered with service clubs and worked with children with special needs. This sparked Emily’s desire to find a career helping others. Being the Success By 6 Director has helped Emily fulfill this desire and is a very rewarding job. She loves being able to strengthen families by teaching parenting classes, help children to be better prepared to start school , plan events & fundraisers and work with incredible volunteers.

Emily has been married to her husband Jeff Sims for 9 years. They have one child, Brynlee, who is so full of life and keeps them on their toes. Emily attends Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church where she is involved with youth events, vacation bible school and the choir. Emily enjoys reading, going to the beach, shopping and spending every minute possible with her family.
